Instructions

  • Add ingredients to a Twister Jar, FourSide or WildSide+ jar in order listed and secure lid. (get a discount on your blender here)

  • Select "Smoothie" cycle or “soup” cycle or blend on a Medium Low speed for 60 seconds starting slow and increasing speed to high.

  • Add 1 tablespoon more water at a time if needed to turn the blender.
