Dear all,

First of all, I would like to thank you for being a part of this event. This has been especially organised to publicly announce the launch of XYZ Dance Academy. Opening a dance academy was one of my dreams ever since I learnt Classical Dance and more so because I always wanted to do something for the special children. This is a charity dance school and we will be officially starting it from next month onwards.

But I can’t let this event close without thanking some important people who have helped in making my dream come true and all those people who have made this event successful.

First of all, I would like to thank the State Government and the local authority for giving me the license to open the dance academy in my preferred location. This being a charity academy, there were a lot of paper works involved and formalities to be completed before opening the school; but the local MLA, by signing all the necessary papers without delay did a great honour to me. Sir, it’s difficult for me to express my gratitude in words.

Secondly, I would like to thank the ABC Co., MNC Pvt. Co. and DC & Sons for funding XYZ Dance Academy and sponsoring this event. I would like to say, without your support and trust in my dreams; this won’t have been possible at all.

I would then like to thank the organisers and the planners who not only planned and organised this event, but also executed everything with so much of passion and zeal. You guys owe majority of the success of this event.

I can’t let the artists who have performed today, go without receiving accolades from me. All of you guys have been wonderful performers. The dances, songs, drama, solo performances; everything has been great and all of us have enjoyed thoroughly. Thank you for interpreting my dream through that special act, you guys performed in the end. It was heart-touching for me.

I would like to thank all the visitors, especially the parents who have already completed the admission formalities for their children. I understand, you have a lot of faith in this dance academy and we assure to stick to our commitments.

I can’t close the event without thanking the media people for covering the entire event today. The programme will also be featured on one of the popular channels soon which will give more popularity to our Dance school.

Last and most importantly, I would like to thank all the little children who have visited us and have watched the entire program with so much of patience and interest. These children have strengthened our hope that XYZ Dance Academy is going to be a huge success and highly popular.

We have the plans to open the dance school in two more locations in the state. The objective remains the same; to help the special children and all those students who come from low-income family. I would request all the visitors here to share our vision with as many people as possible.

Ladies and Gentlemen,

First of all, I would like to thank you all for gathering here and making this event a huge success. While this is a responsibility-filled day for me, it’s also an emotional moment as we have gathered to create awareness about child abuse which is deep rooted in various forms in our state.

As you all know, our organisation is a non-Government one, and we work for people’s welfare especially children under 19. In recent years, we had been receiving several complaints and grievances from parents staying in remote areas about their children being employed as domestic help in residential areas and getting tortured and abused. We then decided to take a step against this crime.

I would like to thank Mr. A from Human Resource Department for proposing this cultural event and all other staff of our organisation for their support and commitment for creating awareness amongst common people about child abuse. It’s a very serious issue and seldom people realise this, considering their children are safe.

I would also like to thank the event organisers, planners and developers for organising this event on such a short notice and making it such a beautiful and memorable event. I would like to thank the sponsors for funding the event and the owner of the venue who didn’t charge even a penny for letting out this platform to us.

My special thanks for the artists who have performed on the acts, songs and dance absolutely free of charge. Your contribution is praiseworthy. I would also thank the media department and our Public Relations team for the full media coverage and organising to telecast the event live. Most importantly, I would like to thank the Government and authorities who have understood the essence of the event and allowed us to organise the same.

This certainly shows everyone’s dedication and commitment towards eradicating child abuse from our state and ultimately from our nation.

Now I would like to come to the highlight of this event. We have gathered here with a motive to eradicate child abuse. We all understand that child labour is a crime and any organisation which employs children under 18 as a labour is liable to corporal punishment. But we often overlook the private houses where children work as a maid and undergo various forms of torture. There are several remote states in our nation where most of the families are below poverty line. Not that their living standard is very low, some of them can’t even afford the basic upbringing of their children. Some anti-social elements lure those parents to send their children to big cities for employment. Such children are basically sold to the dealers for illegal activities such as flesh trade, child labour, organ transplantation, etc.

This is a very serious issue and all of us have to vow to take strong steps against this. While, I can’t thank you all enough for being a part of this event and making it a huge success, I would also like to take an oath from you all that you would never ever employ any child below 18 for domestic help at your respective house, shops or factories. For any charity must begin from our homes, so I request the same from everyone.

So here’s the time to conclude this event and bid goodbye to you all. But before I leave, I would like to raise a toast for our great host today. Thank you so so much Mr. Steve for organizing this extravaganza event.

Thank you for organizing such a great event and also for inviting me to be a part of this event. Your event has added on to a great memorable moment in our lives. There is a great take away from this evening and this has been all possible because of you and your efforts. This event was overall well organized and well themed with all the best people accompanied here. It has been a privilege to be a part of this event along with all the other people present here.

This event clearly shows how well planned and organized it has been. Don’t you all agree? Yes, I am pretty sure that you all agree with me. Mr. steve, you have executed this event so well that being present here I have taken so many points for myself for future event hostings that I might do.

Overall there have been so many great interaction sessions here and each one of us has been able to get connected with the less known or unknown people today. A lot of learnings and experiences have been shared this evening and the thoughts of inspiration and motivation are all set to move along with us outside this venue as our lifelong learnings.

By not being a part of this evening i would have surely missed meeting such new people and taking away such tremendous thoughts from them. Thank you for your repetitive event reminders and all those sweet gestures that encouraged me to spare some time and be a part of this event. Thank you!

Thank you for the amazing ravishing meal, that has just acted as the icing on the cake. Good food, great ambience, tremendous learnings, great interaction sessions and everything that we witnessed today has been just perfect. Thank you sir for organizing this large scale event and inviting us all to be present here.

It has been overall an excellent successful event and i am obliged witnessing it. It has been a pleasure seeing all together and having seeing the prettiest smiles on all faces.

Such events should be regularly planned and conducted so that the flow and impact of interactions don’t lose their relevance. These events will enable us to strengthen the bond that exists between each one of us. I am thankful that you initiated this first event and have lighten up the spark within us for organizing these events on regular intervals. Also I would make sure that none of such events are ever missed by me or anybody whom I know.

Respected Principal, Respected Teachers and My Dear Students,

Before I begin, I would like to thank all of you for gathering at this auspicious occasion of “Sports Day” and as a sport’s trainer it will be my honor to host this event. I have to appreciate these willing students who are profoundly waiting for this opportunity to be a participant in this event.

As we all are cognizant of today’s technology and the surroundings. It is getting very hectic these days. Somewhere in our lives, we are lacking behind building a health regime and these sports events are especially aimed to spread the awareness about sports and healthy life. We all should participate in sports or make sports activities a part of our lives. As a sport’s person, it is my job and I have the responsibility to make people aware of the benefits of sports.

I know many schools who do not appreciate sports but think sports as an inconsequential subject. Although our school does not believe in this tittle-tattle and maturely support sports, I see many parents who force their child to study whole time. They want their children to be mentally skillful, but do not care about their physical fitness and health and that seems to be pretty superficial. It is a disguise of our society that they are not willing to make their child an athlete. As a sport’s trainer I wanted to highlight these inside pictures of our society about sports.

Utilizing this opportunity I would like to highlight some benefits of sports. Sports are not just a physical activity but they also help us in acquiring mental stability. It plays an important part in student’s life too. Make your child an all rounder rather than a book worm because physical health is equally important just as our mental health. Physical and mental stability are the prerequisites for the journey of success. In schools, sports should be important because they teach students the value of time, togetherness and discipline. Therefore, sports should be included in every school’s curriculum. Sports should be an integral part of our lives and must be followed in every person’s daily routine.

If we all apply some of these activities in our daily lives or make it a routine then I assure you of gaining physical and mental health. This is not really a hard task but it is worthy of it. I hope that you all will consider my words in your life.

Now at the end of my speech I would like to grab this opportunity to say thanks to the school’s honorable principal sir and manager sir who provided me this auspicious opportunity to host this memorable day and for bringing up sports among students. I feel proud to be a part of this school as a sport’s teacher and I hope that this day will be the most remarkable day of the school.
